Join Chad, Dawn and Larry for an in person wealth-building workshop where you will learn strategies for investing in residential and commercial real estate. Learn where to find deals, how to evaluate properties, what to look for in potential investments, creative financing to minimize your financial exposure, scripts and more. Additionally, you will leave with tools, knowledge and strategies that work in any market over multiple types of properties: residential, multi-family, hotels, shopping centers, land leases, etc.
We have done these workshops in the past but this time we are only going to have 25 to 30 people, so we can better interact with each person. The workshop will be an all-day event on a Saturday, Oct 22, 2022 in Columbia, SC at the Real Estate School for Success. You will have master teachers and receive a complete notebook of with all our secrets. Since space is limited and we have reduced the price well below our normal $2000-$2500 investment, ONLY the first the 25 -30 that sign up will be able to attend. Our investment is $500 per person.
