Lease/Purchase Application ON-LINE

Must complete and provide a min.of 2 years residence and employment history.
By completing this application you authorize Palmetto REG or one of their affiliates or lenders complete a background check, obtain a copy of your credit report and any employer or landlord to release wage and/or rental history.
The application fee of $55.00 for single adult,$85.00 for a couple and $25 for each additional adult is NON- REFUNDABLE and is required to cover our processing costs. The fee does not apply to down payments, deposit or rent and can be paid by mail, in our office or via PayPal or Venmo (call for details)
At time of application a $100 deposit is required which will apply to rental deposit or rent upon approval. The $100 will be returned if application is denied by our company; however if applicant changes their mind after process has begun or after approval this money will not be returned.
